Xiaoqin Zhang

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Xiaoqin Zhang on January 18, 2025, in Vestal, New York, at the age of 52.

Born in China, Xiaoqin was a devoted wife, accomplished attorney, and cherished friend. A graduate of Albany Law School in 2002, she made a lasting impact in Binghamton, New York, where she resided.

She is survived by her loving husband, Xibai Gao, with whom she shared 26 wonderful years of marriage. Xiaoqin will be deeply missed by her husband, extended family, and friends.
