Walter I. Youlls, 95 , of Binghamton passed away April 9th, 2017 at his home. Born April 1, 1922 in Hunlocks Creek, PA. the son of the Late Mabel (Evans) and Walter I. Youlls, SR. Walter was a veteran of the US Army serving in World War II and was awarded the Purple Heart. He retired from Phillips Foundry where he was a Foreman in the Aluminum Castings Division. He is survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, special cousins, Ruth and Clayton, and many close friends and neighbors.
