Todd Norris, 35, passed away Monday, August 23, 2021. Todd was a loving caring man, the best brother anyone could have. He was a hard worker with a big heart. Todd was always there to listen to you. He was predeceased by his sister, Heather Nichole Hipp. Todd is survived by his grandparents, Kenneth and Edna Johnson, his mother and stepfather Kimberly and Mark Culbertson and father Samuel Norris, brother, Bobby Ray (Erin Smith) Stevens II, Glenn (Brittany) Simmons, nephew Evan Simmons and financee, Kathy White.
