Terry Paula Cunningham Sutter, 70, of Johnson City, New York, passed away on July 12, 2026. Terry was born on September 3, 1955 in Sidney, New York to John Cunningham and Iva Cunningham Morey.

Terry graduated from Sidney Senior High School. She received her Practical Nursing Certificate from the State University of New York in Delhi and an AAS in Electronics Engineering Technology from Prince George's Community College.

Terry is survived by her daughter Jessica Sutter, son Thomas Sutter (Hannah), mother Iva Cunningham Morey, stepfather Robert Morey, brothers James Cunningham (Barbara) and John Cunningham, sisters Susanne Dwyer (Michael), Joan Kear (Christopher), and Alison Apple (John), nephew Joshua Cunningham, niece Alyona Dwyer, as well as several cousins.

The greatest joy of Terry's life was raising her two children, Jessica and Thomas. In addition to being a dedicated mother, Terry was active in her Irish dance troupe, a costume maker for JCHS musicals, and well known in her community for her caring and supportive nature.

Terry was predeceased by grandparents Ivan and Pauline Cole and Edward and Barbara Cunningham, as well as several aunts and uncles.
