In Loving Memory of Tammy Jennings
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tammy Jennings, who departed this life on July 15, 2026 at the age of 65.
Tammy was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose kindness, strength, and unconditional love touched everyone blessed to know her. She lived a life centered around family and found her greatest joy in spending time with those she loved most. Her warm smile, generous heart, and caring spirit will forever remain in the memories of all who knew her.
She is survived by her three beloved children: Carrie Woolfolk Roe and son in-law Eric, Casey Myers Lawton and son in law Brad, and Craig Lawton.
She also leaves behind her three loving sisters: Justina Jennings, Penny Jennings Harvey and brother in law Robert, and Franny Jennings Ruston and brother in law Thomas and very close cousin and companion Terry Gould.
Tammy's legacy continues through her six cherished grandchildren: Chelsie, Naquaine, Josepheina, Joshawa, Keyairra, and Alicia. She was also blessed with eight precious great-grandchildren: Baileigh, Colesyn, Torryn, Cierra, Gianna, Ari, Clark, and Charlotte.
Tammy was preceded in death by her son Travis and daughter McKenzie, father Robert Jennings, and mother Charlotte Barnes.
Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort in knowing that the love she shared, the lessons she taught, and the memories she created will live on forever. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
A celebration of Tammy's life will be held 1:00 pm, August 15, 2026 at Chenango Valley State Park near the beach area parking. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a remarkable woman whose love will continue to shine through the generations she leaves behind.
