Stanley Harlec

Stanley Harlec, 90 of Binghamton went to be with his Lord, Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Wilson Memorial Hospital, in Johnson City, NY.
He is survived by his two daughters and sons in law; Linda D. (Michael) Herrle, Binghamton, Shirley A. (Emerson) Chandler, Johnson City, his four sons and daughters in law; Stanley T. (Gail) Harlec, Conklin, Richard A. (Sue) Harlec, Binghamton, Andrew M.(Kathy) Harlec, Endwell, and Robert S. (Cathy) Harlec, Johnson City, 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren a nephew Frank Harlec , as well as several brothers in law and sisters in law.
Stanley was a lifelong resident of Binghamton. He retired from Binghamton School District after 17 plus years as a custodian. He was a member of Holy Spirit Byzantine Catholic Church. Stanley was an avid trout fisherman, enjoyed collecting stamps and coins and loved model building. He will be missed.
Family and friends are invited to call Friday February 28, 2014 at the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home, 71 Main Street, Binghamton, NY from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Reverend Corey VanKuren will officiate a funeral service at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Internment will follow at Holy Spirit Cemetery Kattelville, NY.
