Ruth L. Watkins

Ruth L. Watkins, 70, from Homer formerly of Binghamton passed away on January 7, 2018. Ruth is predeceased by her parents Robert and Ruth Williams. She is survived her son Jeffery (Marcie) Williams, and her sisters Evelyn (Allen) Smith, Lori Matthews, and Betty Dufford, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was loved by many and will be missed. Ruth worked for many years at United Health Services in the billing department. Funeral services will be held at the discretion of the family.
