Rose Marie Hand

Rose Marie Hand,75, of Vestal passed away peacefully on January 18, 2024.

Rose is predeceased by her husband and longtime companion, Carl Powell, her parents Helen and Kenneth Hand, sisters; Alice, Maryanne, Harriett, and brother Doug.

She is survived by her children Anna Powell, Rose Powell, John (Mila) Powell, Rita (Shawn) Borovski, Yancey Powell, William Powell, Nachise (Crystal Simpson) Powell, Kim Powell, Tallulauh (Robert Felton) Powell, Shawn Hand, Amy (Chris Barrows) Powell and her loving sister Donna. Rose also leaves behind several beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Rose was a devoted mother to her family, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Rose was an avid arts and crafts enthusiast.
