Robert "Bobby" Carr

Robert “Bobby” Donald Carr June 7, 1957-July 31, 2018      of Binghamton   Our brother, Robert “Bobby” Donald Carr has gone peacefully home to our Lord. He had a 21 year career at Rite Aide retiring in 2016. Bobby proudly served his country and was a veteran of the United States Army.  He enjoyed going for long walks, listening to music, watching old movies and spending the winters in Florida. Most of all Bobby loved spending time with his family, all his Four Seasons Club Family, his Church family, and his extended Elks Club family.  He was predeceased by his parents Elwood and Norma Carr, and many aunts, uncles and special friends. He is survived by his loving family; sisters and brother, Sharon Carr Flint and husband Steven, Gary Carr and Nancy Woodson, and Susan Carr Whitney, niece’s Paula Flint Hoover and husband Dan, Emily, Ann Marie and Erin Whitney, nephew Steven Flint and wife Heather as well as many great nieces and nephews. He leaves behind special friends; Terry Ray and Dave Gail.  A special thanks to UHS Broome Oncology, Dr. Harris and staff for their outstanding care and kindness to Bobby. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Calvary Baptist Church – Chenango St. Binghamton, The four Seasons Club of Catholic Charities, Cancer Society, or Johnson City Elks.
