Richard P. Smith of Whitney Point passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2018.He is survived by his wife, Tammy, his children; Stephen (Leah Anne), Rebecca (Wayne), Adam (Mary Beth), Samantha (Ray), and seven grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 am until 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Calvary United Methodist Church, 3505 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal.
