Richard A. Deno

Beloved husband and father, Richard A. Deno, passed away November 19, 2023. He was a quiet man who was a workaholic. Richard enjoyed an evening at home watching his television. Richard graduated from SUNY Canton and owned Glenwood Heating for over forty years and was a longtime member of the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors of Broome County. He was predeceased by his parents Fred and Clara Deno. Richard is survived by his loving wife of 35 years Nancy Deno, children Brian Deno, Endicott and Christine Deno and Charles Ferris, Castle Creek, grandchildren Brayden and Colleen Deno. He leaves behind siblings; Fred Deno, James and Cindy Deno, Kenneth and Lori Deno, Louise and Craig Gadway, Mark and Grace Deno, Debbie and Roger Gadway and Bill Deno, sister and brother-in-law Elaine and Mark Ross and brother Elmer Jones and a large extended family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 am, Monday, December 4, 2023 at Saints John and Andrew RC Church, 1263 Vestal Avenue, Binghamton by the Reverend Monsignor Michael T. Meagher.
