Phyllis E. Shoemaker (Ingraham), 83, of Johnson City, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 21, 2018, at her home surrounded by family. She is predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Mahlon Shoemaker; parents Wolfred and Ruth Ingraham; sisters; Betty Kasson and Rose Marie Sherwood. She is survived by her children, John, Gary, Fred, Cindy (Dale) Armstrong, Becky Robertson, Patty Graves, Mahlon Jr (Megan);  Stacy (Mark) Troncone; sisters, Sylvia (Gerald) Taylor, Sue (Edward) Gage, Connie Ingraham, Darlene (Ted) Secoolish, Brothers, Bob Ingraham, Ken Ingraham, Mark (Joyce) Ingraham, Sr.; 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Phyllis dedicated her life to her husband, children and grandchildren. She was the proud matriarch of her family and will be deeply missed by the many lives she has touched. Phyllis retired after more than 25 years of service at Ramada Inn. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the staff at United Health Services Wilson Hospital, Lourdes Hospice and Erica Vinson.

Family and friends are invited to call Saturday December 29th from 10:00 to 12:00 PM at the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home 71 Main Street Binghamton, NY. A Funeral Service will follow the calling hours with Reverend Dan Travis officiating. In celebration of Phyllis's life, we are asking everyone to wear something in her favorite color pink.
