Penny will be remembered by those who know and loved her for her sense of humor, she was a prankster and a jokester. She was predeceased by husband Terry Adams and parents Fred and Betty Hinman. Penny is survived by children Lorrie and Kenneth Vail, Afton and Terry and Michelle Adams, Conklin, her treasured grandchildren, Jesse and Holly Vail, Cody and Chantel Vail, Amber Adams, Mason Vail and Marissa Adams, greatchildren, Cameron, Hannah, Conor, Silvia and Garrett.
