Olga Mckane

Olga McKane, 87, passed away on Friday June 25, 2021. Olga graduated from Binghamton Central High School in 1951 and had a long and successful career with Security Mutual in Binghamton. She was a dedicated donor and volunteer to the American Red Cross until pandemic restrictions no longer allowed her to serve. She also was a library volunteer and supported other non-profits. Olga is predeceased by per parents, Percy and Dorothy McKane, and sister Sandy Mellen. She is survived by her brothers Richard and Rodney (Audrey) McKane, numerous nieces and nephews and her two beloved cats. The family will receive friends on Wednesday July 28th at Ogden Hillcrest United Methodist Church , 1061 Chenango Street, Binghamton from 4 – 4:45 pm. A memorial service will begin at 4:45 with food and fellowship to follow. Memorial donations to honor Olga may be made to the American Red Cross or Broome County Humane Society.
