At 10:50 PM, Friday June 28, 2019 we lost one of kindest, friendliest, big hearted, and optimistic young men we have EVER had the privilege of knowing. Mike always had a smile on his face and was so quick to laugh. No matter how many hurdles were stacked in front of him, he had a plan and was always eager to tackle it. He was hard working and fought to get back to Buckingham every time he was out for his seizures or back surgeries. We had our moments, but you couldn't know Mike and not love him. He would be the first to offer help and would give anything he had including the shirt off his back and shoes off his feet. We have lost a bright spark in our lives, but HE NO LONGER SUFFERS!!! We can find comfort and rejoice in the fact that he will never suffer another siezure, no more ridicule from co-workers (or any other), no more back pain. He has been reunited with his father Steven, his Aunt Judy Taber, and his too young nephew Paul Dibble. Mike, we will love you and will never forget your smile and laughter. Mike is survived by, his mother, Sandra Bailey and her partner Roger Parmalee, Whitney Point, siblings, Steve Bailey and Melissa Aurand, Whitney Point, nephew, Brian Bailey, uncles and aunts, Gary and Debbie Cooper, Kirkwood, Gene and Sue Cooper, Binghamton, cousin, Christopher Cooper, second cousin, Serenity and treasured little boy, Nathan “Bubba” Hayslett. He leaves behind a large extended and many friends. Funeral services will be held 4:00 pm, Saturday, July 6, 2019 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton. Michael will be interred alongside his father in Glenwood Cemetery, Monday, July 8, 2019. Mike’s family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
