Michael John Bagnetto

Michael John Bagnetto, 68, of Binghamton, died unexpectedly on Saturday, August 26, 2023 after a period of declining health. He was predeceased by his parents, Ralph and Jeanette, and brothers Ralph and Denis Bagnetto. Michael is survived by his beloved wife Ann Marie, his brothers George (Laura) and Paul (Beth) and sister Julie (Andy) Johnson, also by his many Emmons in-laws and by beloved nieces and nephews too numerous to mention.

Michael was employed for many years as a shipping clerk at Lander Co. in Binghamton, where he served as president of the union, and later as a school bus driver for Laidlaw. He spent the last eight years of his life at Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing. His family thanks the staff members there who were kind to him.

Michael was a devout Catholic and was proud to have been a 4TH  degree member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a fan of the New York Giants (GO BLUE!) and a good prime rib, but his wife Ann was truly the love of his life.

Michael was an exceptionally kind, forgiving and loving man who will be truly missed by all who knew him.

A Funeral Mass in will be held 10:00 am, Friday, September 1, 2023 at Saints John and Andrew Church, 1263 Vestal Ave Binghamton, NY 13903. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery.
