Lucas Arto Sarkisian

Lucas Arto Sarkisian, 59 of Binghamton died November 7th , 2017 at his home. Born January 21, 1958 in Binghamton. Lucas graduated from Binghamton High School, Broome Community College, and Suny Binghamton. He was a faithful and devoted member of St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Church, serving on the church council and treasurer. He retired from the Broome County Clerk's office in 2016 with over thirty years of service.He will be greatly missed. Surviving him are his brother Gregory Sarkisian, his Aunt Grace S. Baradet, and cousins Kevin and Timothy Baradetas well as many other cousins. He was predeceased by his grand parents; Garabed and Anna Sarkisian, his parents, Harry and Joyce Sarkisian, Uncle Richard baradet and cousin Brian Baradet. Funeral Services will be held at St. Gregory the IlluminatorArmenian Church, 12 Corbett Avenue, Binghamton, NY on Saturday November 11 at 3:00 PM with Father Arshen Alvazian officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until time of service. Internment will be at the convienience of the family.
