Leroy Everett (Cha Cha) Paddleford of Binghamton Leroy Everett (Cha Cha) Paddleford, 70, passed away Wednesday, November  9, 2011 at Bridgewater Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born April 3, 1941 in Cooperstown, NY,  the son of the Late Francis and Electra (Jenkins) Paddleford. Leroy retired from the Binghamton General Hospital after 17 years of service as a cook's helper. He also volunteered at the Binghamton YMCA. Surviving Leroy are his wife of twenty five years Karen Elsa Paddleford; his three sons Jason M., Leonard, and Leroy Jr. his daughter May Frances Wartellar, several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral Services will be held Saturday November 12 at 12:30 pm at the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home 71 Main Street, Binghamton. Family and friends are invited to call Saturday from 11:30 a.m. until service time. Internment will follow at  Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
