Leo Maine

Leo J. Maine of Binghamton   Born December 13th, 1953, Leo J. Maine was called to his eternal home on February 3, 2019. He is predeceased by his parents Fred and Elizabeth Maine. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Beverly Puglisi, his children Jennifer  (John) Maine, Christie Klugh, Joseph (Dodi) Maine, Amanda (Eric) Maine-Hull. He leaves behind siblings Teresa McKan, Patti (Jerry) Yochim, Mike Maine, Fred (Lucy) Maine and Walter Maine. Leo was grandfather to 16 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He will be missed special fur babies Claire and Butters.  Leo proudly served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Navy.. He played football at Binghamton North High School, his alma mater.  He was retired from Broome Developmental Center. Leo was an avid New York Giants and New York Yankees fan. He enjoyed playing Horseshoes, Backgammon and being surrounded by family and friends. Funeral services will be held 5:00pm, Monday, February 11, 2019 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until the time of services. Memorial contributions in Leo’s name may be made to the charity of your choice.
