Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Julie Allen, 67, passed on to Heaven on December 26, 2025, in Binghamton after a 32 year battle with cancer.She was an inspiration to many others battling cancer for her valiant fight.

Julie graduated from Susquehanna Valley High School. She became the world's most wonderful wife and mother for the remainder of her life. Julie enjoyed line dancing for more than 30 years and became an instructor. Her garden was the envy of many neighbors and friends.

She is preceded in death by Harold and Ann Gardner.

Julie is survived by her devoted husband, Paul Allen, son and daughter-in-law, Adam and Emily Allen, and the light of her life, grandson Benton Paul Allen. She leaves behind siblings; Beverly Palmer, Bonnie and Percy Warren, Jr., Richard and Shirley Gardner, Robert and Aline Gardner and Melody Harford.

Family will receive friends from 4:00 until 7:00 pm, Monday, January 5, 2025 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton. Funeral services will be private. Julie will be interred alongside her mother in Hawleyton Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made in Julie's name to Mercy House of the Southern Tier.
