Joseph Fasano

Our beloved father, Joseph Fasano, 85, has gone to be with his Lord and the many loved ones who predeceased him on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Joe will  be remembered as a man with a loving kind heart. No visit with Joe was ever complete without him offering dinner and a drink and refusing to take no for an answer. He enjoyed visiting the casino and the grocery store. Joe proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from NYSEG after many years as an engineer. He was predeceased by his wife Elaine, siblings Katherine DePersis, Jean Gill and Phillip Fasano. Joe is survived by his children Cindi Estelle, Colville, Wa., Joseph Fasano, Jr., Houston, Tx, Christie and Chris Kelly, Chenango Bridge and Stephen Fasano, Binghamton and many treasured grandchildren and great grandchildren. He leaves behind sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sharon Fasano, Ralph and Celeste Grose and David and Janet Glassman and a large extended family. Funeral services will be held 12:00 pm, Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with the Reverend Monsignor Michael T. Meagher officiating. Entombment will follow services in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of services.
