Joan Beverly Rocke Of Binghamton Joan B. Rocke, 82, of Binghamton passed away Saturday February 4, 2017 at United Health Services Wilson Hospital. Born August 24, 1934 in Oneonta, NY the daughter of the late Ellen (McCarman) and Kenneth Roloson and sister of the late Nancy Munson.  She is survived by her daughter and her fiancée Barbara Rocke and Anthony Diagostino of Binghamton, two grandchildren Virginia Anne and Michael Paul, a step granddaughter, Misty Nee her older brother Kenneth (Margaret) Roloson, Vero Beach, FL. Her sister Carlene Rocke, Vinland, NJ. As well as her good friend of 63 years Barbara Marcello, Conklin, NY. She was a member of United Presbyterian Church of Binghamton. Joan worked as a Legal Secretary in Binghamton for many years. Joan loved kids, music, playing the bells, her church and her work there. Funeral Services will be held Saturday February 11, 2017 at 1:30pm at United Presbyterian Church 42 Chenango Street with Reverend Becky Kindig officiating. Family and friends are invited to call Saturday February 11th from 11:00 to 1:00 pm at the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home 71 Main Street, Binghamton, NY.
