Jeremiah Philip Payne

Jeremiah Payne, 27, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday September 29, 2021 in Binghamton, New York. Jeremiah was a loving brother and son. His love for people and his adventurous spirit will continue through his siblings and parents. He was born January 29, 1994, in Glen Aubrey, New York. Jeremiah is the son of Steven and Linda Payne. He graduated from Davis College in Johnson City and went on to finish his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Binghamton University. Jeremiah enjoyed the outdoors, reading, philosophy, music, and had a deep heart for other people. He traveled to Africa on a mission’s trip and always looked for ways to help other people. He enjoyed working with his hands and fixing things that other people thought were beyond repair. Jeremiah was very adventurous and was always looking for new physical challenges. He loved to be around people and enjoyed spending time with his family and his friends. Jeremiah is survived by his parents Steve and Linda Payne, and his siblings, Vanessa, Melissa & Joel, Leah, Steven, Micah, and Jonah, grandmother, Shirley Bidlack, nephews, Logan and Finley and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Friday, October 8, 2021, at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with Pastor Douglas Payne officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Thursday, October 7, 2021. Interment will follow services in Maine Cemetery, NYS Route 26, Endicott.
