Jeffrey W. Spencer Of Binghamton Jeffrey W. Spencer, 57, of Binghamton, passed away unexpectedly December 18, 2016 at his home. Jeffrey loved nature, astrological events, meteorology, and sports. He was a talented chef, working in many of Binghamton's   best restaurants.  He had a great sense of humor. Jeffrey was a very private person with a "Live and Let Live" attitude. He is reunited with family and friends and his favorite canine companion "Buzz". Surviving Jeffrey are his two brothers and three sisters; Carl Joseph, Endwell, Michael Anthony, Greene , Kathy (Joe) Scott, Gillett, PA., Susan Curry, Binghamton, and Janice (Eric) Johnson, Owego, as well as his step mother Rosalynd Perlick-Spencer, Silver Lake, PA., numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins and his good friend "Fritz". The family will hold private services.
