James "Jim" Sherman

James “Jim” M. Sherman, 90, has gone to join his wife Ethelyn alongside his parents James and Flossie Sherman, brothers Allen and Duane Sherman and daughter, LauraLee. Jim was an avid Ford lover, he enjoyed racing, NASCAR, the New York Yankees and the Buffalo Bills.

Jim is survived by daughter Dale Lunn, grandchildren Darlene and Gary Rought, treasured great grandchildren, Jeffery Russell, Dallas Russell and Jesi Rought and great great-grandchild, James Russell He leaves behind several nieces, nephews and cousins and longtime good friend, Gilbert Sivers.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm, Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with Pastor Dann Travis officiating. Burial will follow services in Valleyview Cemetery, Clifford, Pennsylvania. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until the time of services.
