James Mcbride

James T. McBride (Mac), 87, passed away peacefully February 16, 2025. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 61 years, Ann E. (Figary) in 2020. Together they enjoyed traveling, they were known to have "Roaming Blood". They both enjoyed spending winters in Florida with friends. After Ann's passing, Jim continued to be an integral part of the SKP park. While traveling the country they visited 46 states by RV and started exploring with cruises. Jim was quite the handyman, enjoying building and fixing things throughout life. In his later years, he enjoyed 3D wooden puzzles from cars to landmark and many books of word searches. He seemed to make friends wherever he went, always with a quick joke or pun also known as "Mac Attacks" at the park. Jim spent many years working at GAF, then continuing his career at Azon Corp, where he retired.

He was predeceased by his grandson Adam Wold. Jim is survived by his daughters, Julie and Donald Wold, Apalachin, Patricia and Charles Reichel, California, treasured grandchildren, Heather, Kaylee, Logan and Kaden and 5 great grandchildren. Also, a special nephew Kenneth Schrauger, that became a companion in Jim's later years.

Funeral service will be Monday May 19 , 2025 at 11:00am the DeMunn Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 36 Conklin Avenue Binghamton, New York 13903. Family will receive friends from 9:30 am until time of service. Jim will be interred alongside Ann in North Norwich Cemetery with a private service.
