James Dyes, Jr. passed away unexpectedly late Sunday evening, January 6, 2019. James was born in Davidson, Tennessee on July 13,1952. James was a retired City of Binghamton Water and Sewer Supervisor; he loved his job. We will all miss hearing James laugh and seeing him smile. “Uncle Jim” will always be remembered for movie theater time and playing his favorite video game with Sean, Toe Jam and Earl. Always on our mind and forever in our hearts we love you Jimmy. He was predeceased by both parents and grandparents. James is survived by his sister and brother in-law, Marcia and Gerald Macblane, nephew, Sean and Jacinda Macblane, nephew and caregiver, Gary Giannini, who tended to Jim's many needs, sister and brother in-law, Midge and Leslie Isaak, niece, Kelly Isaak and nephew, Christopher Isaak all of Binghamton. He leaves behind wife, Virginia Cannon, Binghamton and son, James Dyes, III, Berkley, California. James will be sadly missed by his favorite cousin, Pudge., Jim was loved so much and left too soon
