Isabelle (Kumpan) Ferenczi, 103, went to be with the Lord on June 8, 2022. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph, sister Lillian May, her brothers, and their wives: Joseph Kumpan (Evelyn), Damian Kumpan (Alice), and Ludwig Kumpan, her nieces Sandra Nanni and Theresa Davey, her nephews Robert May and Charles Dean, and several other family members. She is survived by sister-in-law Madeline Ferenczi and many more nieces and nephews. Isabelle became a member of the Main Street Baptist through baptism in 1930 but has attended there from birth and was active in several church organizations. Many thanks go to her church family for their prayers and kind deeds over the years, especially Dian Runion. A special thank you to Earl and Jean Markam family and the Markam siblings who became an extended family to Isabelle and Joe.  Isabelle retired from then Broome Community College in 1981 as Senior Recorder.  She was an avid gardener, puzzle solver and enjoyed many happy years camping and fishing with Joe.  A Graveside Service will be held Monday June 13th at 11:00 am at Vestal Hills Memorial Park with Pastor Luke Beatty officiating.
