Irene M Fitch

Irene M. Fitch, 85, of Binghamton was called home on April 1, 2024. Irene was predeceased by her parents Henry and Margaret Milz, her first husband Jack Klein and her second husband Jerry Fitch, and her grandsons James, Michael, and Sean Klein.

Irene is survived by her sons Jay (Beth) Klein, Jim Klein, Dave (Janet) Klein, Tom (Kate) Klein, stepdaughter Lisa (Barry) Winters, stepson Russel (Michelle) Fitch. Irene leaves behind her grandchildren Jesse Harris, Kristina Fura, Amanda Klein, Rachael Klein, Andrew Klein, Matthew Klein, Caitlyn Fitch, and Theresa Fitch, Her great-grandchildren Dante, Alivia, Grayson, Dexter, Claire and JJ.

Irene worked for IBM for 25 years, Irene was an active member of Catholic Church. Irene loved traveling, especially to Wolfe Lake in Westport Ontario and to her fathers home in Germany and mothers home in Ireland. Irene also enjoyed spending time with the ladies of the “Frosty Bottom Club”.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Saint John and Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 1263 Vestal Ave, Binghamton. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of services. In lieu of flowers the family would like to ask for donations to a charity of your choice.
