Heather N. Burris-Lutz, 26, of New Milford, wants everyone to know that an angel came and called my name, and took me by the hand; The angel said my place was ready, In heaven far above, And that I’d have to leave behind all those that I dearly love.

Heather was lively and active during her days at Bethany Beach, spending time with her father at the beach house. When she moved to New Milford, she spent most of her time riding horses; she participated in the Harford Fair horse competitions where she placed with many ribbons.  Heather enjoyed life while hanging with friends and family. She will be forever loved and missed by her best friend, her father.

She was dearly loved by her deceased grandparents, Mama and Pop Burris and Cynthia Zuber. Heather is survived by her father John Burris her mother Anita Lutz, children Liam J. Burris, Anastasia A. Holmes, brothers Kenneth M. James, Adrian Ross Lutz, grandfather Charles Lutz, and Aunt Debra Lutz, her boyfriend Andrew Burchell and best friend Rebecca Mundell. Heather also leaves behind a large extended family.
