Harriet Ribler, a lifelong resident of Binghamton, NY, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2017. She was a devoted wife of the late David Ribler, loving Mother of Pamela Marcus (Walter Clifton II) and Karen Ribler Leibowitz (Kenneth) and affectionate Aunt of Martin Kater (Val) and Robert Kater (Kathleen). A graveside service will be held Sunday, November 5,  11:00 am at Temple Israel Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are with Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home.
