Gary Robert Cline

Gary Robert Cline, 78, passed away June 30, 2021. He was a loving husband and father. Gary was always eager to help anyone in need. He was a well driller for over 59 years at the family’s Cline and Son Well Drilling, which was in business since 1909, the business changed names in 1999 to Cline’s Universal Well Drilling after Gary moved back from Arizona. Gary moved to Florida and worked at Tucks Well Drilling. He was a longtime member of Hawleyton United Methodist Church. He was predeceased by his parents, James and Pauline Williams Cline. Gary is survived by his loving wife Linda, children, Sharon Hagerman and Robert Cline, stepson and stepdaughter, Joshua Wiggins and Alicia Wiggins, many grandchildren, and greatgrandchildren. He leaves behind brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Connie Cline and George and Beverly Cline, many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. A celebration of Gary’s life will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, July 24, 2021, at the Hawleyton United Methodist Church, 901 Hawleyton Road, Binghamton with Pastor David Piatt officiating. Gary will be interred alongside his parents in Hawleyton Cemetery following services. Family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 am until the time of services.
