Frederick Belles

Frederick R. Belles, 70 of Vestal NY passed away on October 10,2020. Freddie or (Teddy) lived in a Broome Developmental Center group home at Noyes Road where he made friends of the residents and staff. He had a funny sense of humor. He was very friendly with everyone he met. He would sit on the front porch and say hello to people who passed by. He attended program at Tracey Creek where he liked his art class, writing his name, Zumba and bingo and of course enjoying a cup of coffee. He is predeceased by his parents, Heber and Evelyn Belles. He is survived by his siblings, Susan Taylor, Brenda Belles, Arthur Belles, Linda Briggs, Heber Belles and Nancy Stilson, nephews and nieces, Thomas Taylor, Melissa Croft, Sheila Strange, Eric Taylor, Lori Osborn, Jordan Belles, Michael Behr, Mandy Coole-Lewis, Joshua Belles and Joe Belles. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00am, Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton.
