Florence Reeves

On Tues October 1, 2019, Florence M. Reeves of Binghamton passed away after a brief illness surrounded by her loved ones. Flo knocked down all the walls with her humor, beat all the odds, overcame cancer in 1959 and lived to the age of almost 95. She always found beauty and the best in everyone, no matter what - a beautiful and loving heart. She will be forever missed. She was predeceased by her husband Robert, brother Tom Brogan (Ronnie Thoms), sister and brother in law Martha and Martin Sheehan. Flo was born in Harrisburg, PA on Nov 23, 1924 and spent her early years in an orphanage in Scranton. Adopted at 12 by the Murray family of Mayfield, PA, she grew up across the street from her future husband Robert. She had 3 sons- Robert Jr (Elaine Cornick), Thomas (Julie) and William (Elizabeth); niece and nephew Kathy and Marty Sheehan; grandchildren Tara, Colleen, Eric, Tommy, and Jamie and 6 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, October 10, 2019  at Calvary Cemetery, Section 21,  (enter from Harry L Drive) Johnson City, NY.
