Ernest E. Cobb

Ernest E. Cobb, 93, of Binghamton went to be with the lord on March 6, 2022. Ernest was predeceased by his parents Alice and Merle Cobb. Ernest was survived by his loving wife, of 66 years, Jacqueline Cobb, his sons David (Diane) Cobb Dennis (Annetta) Cobb, his daughter Vicki (Jim) McMurray. Grandchildren Steven (Jenn) Cobb, Jennifer (Greg) Shaughnessy, Chris Savage, Kayla Cobb and Olivia Cobb. Great-grandchildren Brianna Cobb, Isabella Cobb, and Taylor Shaughnessy. He also leaves behind a large extended family. Ernest had a passion for the outdoors doing lawn care and was an avid New York Yankees fan. He worked for the City of Binghamton as a tree trimmer for 25 years.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 am, Thursday, March 10, 2022 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of services. To forward condolences please visit www.demunn.com.
