Douglas (Doug) H. Engard, 68, of Port Crane, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.  He is predeceased by his parents, Harold & Grace (Felske) Engard, and is survived by his three daughters, three sisters, four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many friends. He was an avid sports fan, rooting for the Minnesota Vikings and watching NASCAR, enjoyed the outdoors, including camping and hunting, and loved animals. Private arrangements are being made by the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory can be made to the Broome County Humane Society or County Dog Shelter.
