Donna Leigh Grick, born in Montrose, PA on May 14, 1960, peacefully returned to Heaven on December 9th, 2025 in Johnson City, NY. Donna is the beloved daughter of James Grick & Patricia Pasciuto née Henry. She was proud to be the endlessly loving mother of seven children and grandmother of fourteen grandchildren. Over her 65, 45, & 22 years spent in each of those respective roles, Donna did all she could to ensure her every elder, peer, and baby knew love.

She managed this task better than any. Her resources were never bountiful, but the joy she created with them was. She did this through the continuation and introduction of traditions cherished by all of us. She did this through her library of recipes, collected from family, friends, neighbors and every website in existence. She did this through gifts, trips, foods, moods, shells and smells, her favorite places and favorite faces, her flowers, her superpowers and the conversations we will hold in our hearts eternally.

Donna was a kind, considerate, & hard working soul who couldn't help herself from sacrificing for others. She was the proud owner of Mountain Aire Cottage Care. Her cleaning business provided the community with an affordable, reliable & quality service that prided itself on creating a clean, calm space for them to call home. She aimed to do this for each and every person that was fortunate enough to know her.

She remained her absolute self until the end. Resilient, strong, graceful, and every bit as steadfast & stubborn as we all knew her to be. As always, she made sure that everyone else was okay before she peacefully went to God's hands. We have great appreciation for the nurses, doctors, and specialists whom were tasked with her care. The entire hospital staff regularly remarked on how she brought them a daily ray of light. They treated her with such love, respect, and dignity - for that our family is eternally grateful.

Donna is survived by her loving parents, Jim, Pat, & Wanda, her sisters Pam, Shanda, Lauren & Dana. She is now free to eternally visit them as well as her children Jesse (Christina), Kaytlyn (Luke), Amanda (AJ), Christan (Nathan), Matthew, Malory (Dane), and James (Avion) & her many loved grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, 'adopted' children, & friends. Donna is welcomed into Heaven by Fred & Joan Schwartzrauber, Richard & Alice Henry, Amy, Wesley Guthrie, Jordan Green & many more.

A Celebration of Donna's life will be held at the Rosemont Inn in 165 Lake Ave, Montrose, PA 18801 on Saturday, December 20th, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A Tree Planting Ceremony will be held in the spring with details to follow. Attire at both events should reflect the light and color Donna brings to our lives; please avoid dark tones. If you would like to support Donna's memory and family in another way, a gofundme has been organized at to fund these services and her desired end-life-plans. We would also deeply appreciate any donations made in Donna's name to Stache Strong, a nonprofit with local ties funding glioblastoma research, or the Women's Resource Center of NEPA. We believe these organizations accurately reflect the values Donna lived by throughout her life, and know she would greatly appreciate any effort made to continue her beautiful legacy.
