Debbie Kocik

Debbie Kocik a mother, a soulmate, an aunt, a loving friend passed away Monday July 11, 2022. She was born April 15, 1959, in Johnson City, NY. She was predeceased by her parents John Kocik and Mary Jane Dougher, and her sister Karen Groff.

She is survived by her soulmate of 25 years Calvin Bowles and the love of her life, her daughter Melody Bowles, three nieces Brandi (Rick) Hill, Ashley Groff( Nate Greene), Shynetta Price, nephew Juwan Johnson. Debbie also leaves behind her four great nephews Austin and Anton Becker Harris, Nate Jr and Isaac Greene, and two great nieces Hailey and Madison Greene.

Debbie was kind , caring, compassionate and always willing to help someone. She was a people watcher; she loved to talk and shop. Debbie was devoted to her loved ones. She fought a courageous battle and was a fighter to the end.

Funeral services will be held 2:30 pm, Saturday, July 16, 2022  at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton, New York. Family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the time of services. To forward condolences please visit www.demunn.com
