Daniel Slick

Daniel E. Slick, 51, of Binghamton NY, passed away unexpectedly on September 22, 2020. Dan was a meat cutter for Giant Markets, and Price Chopper, where he made many friends throughout his years there. Dan loved all things, Race Cars, Speedway racing, dirt bikes and “Rock and Roll” music. He loved just “Hanging in the garage” and would do anything to help anyone in need. Dan was loved and will be missed by so many. He is predeceased by his former wife, Teresa Slick, grandparents: Edward and Rose Marie Steigerwald, Richard O. “Dickie” and Juanita “Nanny” Harder, and Richard and Barbara Slick. uncle, Mark Steigerwald. aunt, Mary Steigerwald, and aunt, Paula DeRigo. Daniel is survived by his daughters, Tara (Justin) Fox, Tia (Josh Sember) Slick and grandson, Tanner Fox. parents, Ann (Richard A) Harder, Wayne (Elaine Nadeau) Slick, siblings, Leslie (Steven) Dix, Richard H. (Chrissy) Harder. niece, Darien Dix. nephews, Patrick Dix, Connor Dix, Cameron Harder and Nicholas Harder, aunts and uncles: Theresa and Dave Watson, Catherine and Mark Best, Judy Santucci, Jack and Lisa Harder, Terry (Maddie) Harder, Mark and Michelle Harder, Ralph DeRigo, Billy June (Harry) Budke, Rick Slick, and Susan Dombroski and many loving cousins, friends and neighbors. Family will receive friends 2:00 until 4:00 pm, Sunday, September 27, 2020 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton.
