Carl Neiss

Carl D. Neiss, 58, passed away July 26, 2018.  He worked as a custodian at Chenango Forks Schools for more than thirty years. Carl loved the outdoors, farming, heavy equipment as well as hunting and fishing.   He was predeceased by his grandparents. Carl is survived by his parents, Merritt and Mary Neiss, Binghamton, brother; Kevin Neiss, Smithville Flats and special friends Sheryl and Tina, nieces and nephews, Amanda and Devin, great nieces and nephews, Corbin, Adella and Piper.
