IN LOVING MEMORY OF

In Loving Memory of Brooke Hodge
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Brooke Hodge, who left this world at just 41 years old after a sudden and courageous battle with cancer.
Brooke was outspoken, bold, and bighearted - truly "everybody's auntie." She said what she meant, stood fiercely for the people she loved, and made everyone feel like family. Her love was loud, protective, and unconditional.
Family was Brooke's world. She is survived by the love of her life, Dwayne "Woody"; her devoted mother, Peggy; her sisters, Mande, Corey, and Mariah; and her step-sister, Ann, with whom she shared a special bond growing up.
She was a proud and loving aunt to all of her nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in her heart. She shared a particularly close bond with her nephew, Peyton, who was the light of her life. Brooke poured love, encouragement, and fierce protection into him. She celebrated his milestones, supported him wholeheartedly, and reminded him often just how deeply he was loved. Being an aunt was one of Brooke's greatest joys.
Brooke also built a second family through her love of gaming. Fortnite wasn't just a hobby - it was community. She formed meaningful friendships, brought laughter to countless late-night sessions, and created bonds that extended far beyond the screen.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Hodge; her grandparents, Jayne and Elwood Brill; and her grandmother, Ann Wood. She is survived by her grandfather, Glenn Wood, and her uncles, Mitchell Arnold and Kenneth Arnold (and his wife, Linda Arnold), who will continue to carry her memory with love.
Though cancer came suddenly, it never took Brooke's spirit. She faced life with strength, spoke her truth, and loved with her whole heart. Her laughter will live on in family gatherings. Her voice will echo in the stories shared. Her love will remain in the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Brooke will be deeply missed, fiercely loved, and forever remembered. Information for her Celebration of Life will be noted at a later date. To Foward condolences, please visit www.demunn.com
