Barbara Ann Schmidt

Barbara Ann Schmidt, of Meadow Park Apartments, Deposit NY, passed away suddenly on July 1, 2021. Barbara was 66 years old. She is survived by her sister Irene Schmidt/Mianecki, and Irene's adult children, Caroline and Andrew Mianecki. Barbara career was spent as a registered nurse, and served for many years providing hospital, nursing home, and private duty care. When the physical demands of nursing became a challenge, Barbara changed her career path, and became a nursing consultant/liason for Prudential Insurance based in Parsippany, New Jersey. She was an avid reader (Agatha Christie a favorite), and a lifelong Yankees and Philadelpia Flyers fan. She enjoyed good rock and roll music and MGM musicals. Barbara was also a Scrabble player extraordinaire! Our beloved sister Barb and "Aunt B." will be loved always and sorely missed.
