Anna Margaret (Crocker) King 7/10/1926 - 1/3/2018 She was known as Marge to her family and friends. To us she was mom or grammy. She was born in Pueblo, Colorado in 1926. It was a difficult time growing up in the depression. Her family was all railroaders. She met our father, Robert W. King during World War Two in Denver, Colorado. He would be a tail gunner in a B17 fighting in Europe. They were married in 1945. Together they had four children. Joseph, Barbara, Mike, and Mary. Barbara passed away in 2004. Our mom lived in several different states due to my fathers service. Mom was the glue that held our family together. She was very devoted to the Lord and felt very close to Saint Mary. She said the rosary daily. A devout Catholic who taught catechism for many years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren. Together there were 24 of them. The young ones always brought great joy to her heart. She was the last of her generation within our family and will be greatly missed by all.
