Noyes, Rylie O. Rylie O. Noyes, 91, of Vestal passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 after a long illness.  He was predeceased by his parents Orion and Ruth.  He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Florence F. Noyes, also of Vestal, and by his loving son, John D. Noyes, previously of Westchester County, NY and now of Vestal, and several nieces and nephews, two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law. He was a 1939 graduate of Union Endicott high school, and then graduated from the Binghamton Business Institute. He attended New York University, then served in two branches of the United States Military.  He was in the Air Corps. from 1942 to 1944, and the 86th Infantry from 1944 to 1946, having been honorably discharged in that year.  He served in France, Belgium, Germany, Austria and the Philippine Islands. He retired from IBM Endicott after 46 years of service.  He was responsible for the design and installation of new computer program applications and in his later years was assigned to the Office of the Vice President. He was a member of the Binghamton Country Club, the Binghamton City Club, the Harpur Forum, the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the IBM Quarter Century Club and the IBM Country Club.  He was an avid bowler, bridge player and golfer. He was a member of the Trinity Memorial Episcopal Church. At Rylie's request there will be no calling hours. Arrangements are with the Ernest H.
