Anna Eldred

Anna Eldred of Coatesville, Pennsylvania formerly of Binghamton   Our beloved mother and grandmother, Anna Eldred, 90, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2010. Anna will be remembered as a hard working woman, who took pride in doing for her family and others. She was a longtime member of the Church of the Good Shepherd and active in the ECW, dedicating many hours cooking, organizing and serving countless Lenten and harvest dinners. Her family was the center of her life and her children and grandchildren are thankful for the wonderful years they were privileged to have her with them. She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Warren L. Eldred. Anna is survived by her children; Charlie and Chris Eldred, Sagamore Beach, Mass. and JoAnn and Jim Rowland, Coatesville, Pa. She leaves behind treasured grandchildren; Justin Rowland, Syracuse, Mather Eldred, San Franscisco, Ca. and Jenny Rowland, Exton, Pa. and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 12:00 pm, Friday, December 3, 2010 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with the Reverend C. James Jones officiating. Interment will follow services in Chenango Valley Cemetery, Hillcrest. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of services.
