Janet I. Clark of Arlington, Texas formerly of Binghamton   Janet I. Clark, 77, went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 15, 2010. She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, William L. Clark, father and mother; Raymond and Lillian Weiss and brothers, Robert and Leslie Weiss. Janet is survived by her children; Judy and Dave Tyson, Homer, NY, William, Jr. and Kathy Clark, Forney Texas, Kathy and Dean Seeley, Arlington, Texas and Kevin and Donna Clark, Stafford, Virginia, her treasured grandchildren; Cheryl, Jeffrey, Jeremy, Steven, Christopher, Bradley, Oscar, Jonathan, Joshua, Jordan, and Jennie and 7 great-grandchildren will fondly remember her. She leaves behind sister, Doris and Henry Sherwood, Lakeland, Florida, brother; Walter and Janet Weiss, Holliday, Florida and sisters-in-law, Mary Weiss, Binghamton and Pricilla Weiss, Afton. Janet was a Cafeteria Manager for Versatile Foods. She also worked at Vestal Kmart, Saint Thomas Aquinas School and Sam’s Club. Janet was a longtime member of the Park Avenue Baptist Church and a member of the Christian Women’s Club. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm, Saturday, May 22, 2010 at Park Avenue Baptist Church, 1135 Vestal Avenue, Binghamton with Pastor Julian B. Weil officiating. Family will receive friends 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Friday, May 21, 2010 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton and again from 12:00 until 1:00 pm Saturday, May 22, 2010 at the Park Avenue Baptist Church. Memorial contributions in Janet’s name may be made to the Park Avenue Baptist Church, 1135 Vestal Ave., Binghamton, NY 13903.
