Michael Anthony Nicholas, 23, of Chenango Forks passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. Michael was a giving and caring person who often put others needs before his. His smile would light up the room almost before he arrived. He loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman, cyclist, and could cook the most amazing meals. Michael was predeceased by his grandfathers Fred Nicholas and Charles Dutcher. He is survived by his children Kassaundra Nicholas and Spencer Nicholas, father and step mother, Michael and Debra Nicholas, Chenango Forks, mother, Heather Smith, Chenango Bridge, siblings; Ryan Nicholas, Ammon Acla, Aidon Acla, and John Nicholas, Jr. He leaves behind, grandmothers, Agnes Turner, Whitney Point and Lois Dutcher, Chenango Forks. He was loved by many including many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Memorial services will be held 1:00pm, Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton with the Reverend Monsignor Michael Meagher officiating.
