Duane Vosburg

Our beloved, Duane Vosburg, 83, was reunited with his Lord, family and friends in heaven, Sunday, January 31, 2016. Duane was a man of great faith. He spent his life serving God at the Hawleyton United Methodist Church, Gideons, the Holiness Association, One Mission Society and Men for Missions. He served on the Board of Simpson Park Camp Meeting where he attended every August for 75 years. He was an inspiration and friend to people all around the world. Duane was retired from IBM. He was predeceased by his parents, Scott and Nellie Vosburg, son, David, and son-in-law, Rex Fuller. Duane is survived by his loving wife. Margaret, of 62 years; children, Donald and Diane Vosburg, Anderson, Ind. and Barbara Fuller, Maine; treasured grandchildren, David and Christy Vosburg, Drew and Meredith Vosburg, Dawson Vosburg, Duncan Vosburg, Trista Dymond, Marissa and Justin Fox. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Hawleyton United Methodist Church, 901 Hawleyton Road, Binghamton with the Reverends Lee Prong and Roger Frederick officiating. Family will receive friends at the church for one hour prior to services, Interment will follow services in Hawleyton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Friday, February 5, 2016 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton.
