Jean Finkle

Jean Finkle, 91, passed away December 10, 2014. She was born to Wilbur and Hattie Clum Simmons on August 15, 1923 in South Kortright, NY. Jean attended Hobart High School and graduated from South Kortright Central School in 1941. She worked in the Hobart Post Office during World War II. Jean married Raeder Finkle in 1945, who still loves her deeply. She enjoyed bowling for many years, taking car trips in the country and later became a bingo and casino fan. Jean is survived by her devoted husband Raeder, daughter, Shirley Trask of Port Crane, grandchildren; Russell and Jennifer Trask and their daughter, Estella of Georgia, granddaughter, Rachael Krizanek and her children, Marissa and Ethan of Vestal.
