Elaine Fasano

Our beloved wife and mother and grandmother, Elaine Fasano, 63, passed away after a brief illness Saturday, December 6, 2014. Elaine lived for her family; she loved cooking, catering and casinos. She was a hairdresser locally for 43 years. She loved her clients and possibly enjoyed spending time chatting with them as much as working with them. She was predeceased by her parents, Monroe and Edna Glassman, sister; Lorraine White and Susie Basmajian. Elaine is survived by her husband, Joe; children; Christie Schleider and fiancé, Chris Kelly, Chenango Bridge and Stephen and Amanda Fasano, Endwell, Cindi Lu Estelle, Collville, Wa., Joey Fasano, San Leon, Tx., treasured grandchildren; Miguel, Alana and Meya Schleider, Luciano Fasano and Tyler Scott. She leaves behind brothers; Ralph and Celeste Grose, Deposit and David and Janet Glassman, Endwell, brother-in-law, Peter Basmajian, Binghamton, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Catherine and Frank DePersis, Binghamton, sister-in-law, Sharon Fasano, Binghamton and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial services will be held, 6:00 pm, Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at the DeMunn Funeral Home, 36 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton. Family will receive friends from 4:00pm until 6:00pm.
